The planning of our cruise was excellent. Things were well prepared and we had no problems getting aboard or with anything that was prearranged. I would highly recommend our cruise planners to anyone! The only reason I rated the experience as fair is because of the food and service quality while onboard ship.

Melissa was extremely helpful from day one of planning our honeymoon. We had a few ideas in mind and she told us pros & cons to each and asked questions to get a clearer idea of what we were wanting. She made the whole process very smooth and non-stressful. She answered phone calls/texts/emails in a very timely manner and was always friendly and professional. We had issues with our flights getting delayed and we were able to talk with her throughout the process which calmed us down. She arranged a last minute hotel stay for us which also eliminated some stress for us while we were already in an intense situation. This cruise was absolutely amazing and Pam helped with everything. From the planning, the testing required, and everything in between. Cruising is back and it's a great time to go. We had a wonderful cruise. Thank you for everything. Our room was supreme. We loved it. The treadmills above us were not an issue at all. It will be difficult to go back to a standard room after spending a week in that room. The ship was magnificent. The new show “Flick†is the best I have ever seen from Carnival. I highly recommend it. Food was good as always. The scooter was awesome for Allan to get around with. All in all an A++ trip.

Hi Ronda, just wanted to thank you again for your services! We had a great cruise (other than pouring rain in Cozumel, which is nobody's fault!), and were even able to debark with the early travel folks. We made it back to our car by 8:30 and got to Disney by 10. We all had a great time!

Pam, thank you so much for all your help and planning for our awesome vacations. Pam has planned 2 vacations for us in the last year. The 1st was last August. I called her and said my wife and I need to get away now and have to be back within 2 weeks because we are both teachers and will be starting school. We just needed some time away from everything. She called me back within a couple hours and had it done. We left 3 days later on a trip to Punta Cana to an all-inclusive adult only resort. It was fabulous from the amenities to the food to the rooms. We were in heaven for 4 days. All our transfers, flights, and accommodations were taken care of. All we had to worry about was finding sitters for our kids.
I called Pam again last month and told her we wanted to go to Mexico with another couple and had to go over Memorial Day weekend before all the sports camps and clinics started. She put everything together perfectly again. She booked us at another adult only all-inclusive. She gave us a booklet with all our whole travel itinerary, even a leave behind itinerary for our parents who were watching our kids. They loved that part of it. Again, all our flights, transfers and accommodations were wonderful. I highly recommend the cancel for any reason travel insurance as well. Having this gave us peace at mind with kids stuff coming up unexpectedly, grandparents (babysitters) schedules always changing, and of course the ever changing weather in the south. Luckily we didn’t have to use it, but it was there if we needed it.
I have travelled a lot and have always tried doing things on my own, but after using Pam for these last couple trips I can’t figure out why I did all that work on my own. It wasn’t any cheaper; in fact I think I got better rates with her. It was much easier and a lot less stressful. If you are considering travel at all, I would highly recommend using Pam Marshall with Cruise Planners.
